I vend at Hershey and if I based whether I continue to go solely on economics, I would have a hard time justifying it. As costs increase (food, fuel, hotel, spaces) and sales decrease, especially post-pandemic, I have seen my costs go from around 10% of sales to around 25%-30% of sales the last few years.
