Since late Friday night, crews have restored power to 15,368 members. As of 10 a.m. on Sunday 1,656 members in 17 counties were without power. In Michigan’s Ingham County, one person was killed, and dozens of cars were damaged when a tornado struck along Interstate 96 Thursday evening.
