Another thing I noticed, the driver side does blow hot sometimes and then I recharge the A/C line then it's back to normal for a few days. Then it's repeats. Then start it up and allow it to run and cycle. Do this 3 times. If the issue remains then you need to replace the actuator. The code B0413 is a feedback circuit code and confirms this. GM did make this is very easy to do. Just find the fuse for it underneath the instrument panel on the passenger's side, remove it, wait about a minute or so, then put the fuse back in. Then, turn on your car and the AC will be running. Let the AC run and don't touch anything for 5 min or so.
